• Registration requires valid credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
• We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

The App may depend on third-party APIs or services (e.g., Google, Microsoft). We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or content of those services.

7. AI and Automation Features

AI-powered features are experimental and offered without any guarantee of accuracy. You are solely responsible for validating the output and using it appropriately. We disclaim any liability for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. Data Security and Backup

We employ industry-standard security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are solely responsible for maintaining local backups of your data.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason, including violation of these Terms or risk to our platform.
• We are not required to provide access to your data after termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, or secure access to the App, or the accuracy or reliability of any content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataStripes, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from or related to your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DataStripes and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which DataStripes is registered. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
